What contributions can you make to the faculty of law?

Post by *Ari* » Sat Oct 01, 2011 2:30 pm

I am completely stuck on this question. What kind of answer would be a 'good answer' to this question? It seems to me that a good answer wouldn't be 'My loyalty and professionalism would contribute greatly to the faculty of law' or 'My academic performance would be an excellent contribution to the faculty.'

Please help!!!!!

For the PS?

I wouldn't put anything about academics, they will see that in your file.
Link it to the topic of your personal statement. What does what you wrote about in your PS show about you and how will that contribute to their law school.

Things like- leadership, dedication, perserverance, overcoming difficult challenges, diversity, languages, etc.

If you go to the website of the school you want to apply to, under "about" or "message from the dean" you may find some other characteristics that the school may be looking for.
