Quick PS question @ Dialogue

If I include dialogue in my PS, do I need to create a new paragraph for each change in speaker? For example:

"TLS is such a great website!" John said in a confident voice.

(new paragraph?)

"But the 'T-14 or bust' mentality that dominates the forums is so elitist!" Carl responded.
