Should I be answering "why will you be a good lawyer?"?
Very simple question, one that I've seen answered firmly in both directions: should I be answering the question "why will you make a good laywer?" in my PS?

"Why will you be a good law student?" is a better question to answer in your PS.

I think your PS should address the issue without being too explicit about it. If you imply it through the PS should do the trick. I am far from an expert so you might also want to wait and see what others say

You should be answering "why should we accept you into our school?"
