I dont, but if you have to pay money, id stay away. There is a nice board here that allows you to swap personal statements. Its free, except in order to get yours critiqued, you will have to critique others.

Why spend more money when you have your friends here at TLS???

Often it is quite obvious when one has hired a professional editing company to "proofread & edit" one's "personal" statement. Remember that the LSAT includes a writing sample that is furnished to all law schools to which one applies.

I've used these guys throughout college as an alternative to heading to the writing center (for lots of reasons, but mostly because I felt the writing center did an inadequate job of helping me find mistakes and because I lived an hr away from campus).

Outside of TLS, almost every horror story about PS deals with spelling mistakes/grammatical errors. The content should be yours but it is easy to miss a simple mistake, even by a well intentioned friend, if reading papers isn't what you do all day long.

They also offer some clarity advice in comments that can help you get your point across more appropriately. Overall, I've been very happy with their services, especially in the times where I've put off finishing a paper until the night before and needed a 12 hr turn around on error checking, lol.
