Got my orientation packet in the mail today. It looks like the dates are officially August 12 and August 14, both are mandatory and you have to register via an online page by August 4. It also appears that your are assigned your section when your register.

Tried registering but the connection keeps timing out. It seems there IT stuff always has a few bugs in it. Oh well I'll link what I typed in just to be sure its right and click on it another day to register.

That's the link I used and it seems to be working all right for me at the moment. The section assignments aren't up yet, unfortunately.

I am, however, having issues with signing up for the eRefund. On the second page it requires that you enter your first name, yet that field is grayed out for me and won't let me put anything in that part of the form, and now the form is timing out too. I'll have to email them.

Yeah gotta watch the paper chase so I can reference the scene where Hart stands up in class and says he didn't know about the readings for the first day of class.

I just realized orientation is only two days ? They scheduled us for an entire week. Is the rest of the time just chilling and partying? I guess if we get readings then we'll be doing that.

Why couldn't they have just made it Thursday and Friday O.o, then I could have worked an extra week at my internship. Oh well, it'll be a fun week I'm sure and more time to settle in.

sadly its true. we have an assignment due for legal methods or something like that. i only glanced at it, but it didn't look too bad.

I'm going to take public transportation, and the shuttle is running that week on the normal schedule.

Also, for the 24 hour lockers "In addition to the lockers described above, there are a limited number of lockers available in the Burns Building, first floor restrooms, near the shower facilities."

They could be part timers who wanted to accurately reflect their graduation year.
