Re: Cornell Law School 2011
okay, since we have to average 1.5, how about we settle on this:
we introduce Ud to the picture by pretending he goes to Cornell.
kn can have a 9.
I can have my 8.
Ud can be a -12.5.

So can we really not get our sections/class assignments till orientation? I wanted to order my books online--its so much cheaper than the book store.
Maybe those of you in pre-orientation (still bitter ) can steal them out of our "flexes."
I'm sharing a coat locker with another Texas person. Maybe they "match us up."
Also, is your gym membership fee showing up on your bursar bill?
Edit: Just noticed this post has no cohesiveness. I think its all responses to stuff I missed last night while I was packing my apt into a truck for Ithaca.

Nah...mine doesn't either. Also, is your gym membership fee showing up on your bursar bill?
So I'm assuming from the bursar bill that the tuition is billed yearly, and credits for loans and schollys are credited semesterly. I'm just wondering if I seriously need to make the credit they have listed stretch for a year.
Edited: yeah, leah, I can pilfer your flex for you if must needs be.

My bursar bill only has 1 semester credits for my loans and 1 semester of law school tuition. Cause one semester is approx. $23K right?
Edit: Kn that would be awesome

That is what I have as well.LeahNic wrote:My bursar bill only has 1 semester credits for my loans and 1 semester of law school tuition. Cause one semester is approx. $23K right?
No gym fee, or parking fee.
Oh well, I won't ask them to make me pay.
And 2 lockers? wtf? I'm feeling super shafted now.
Also, I need to stop going to work...I miss so much in this thread when I do.

I'm guessing that those optional fees are billed on next month's bill. They probably haven't processed all of it.CampbellRh wrote:That is what I have as well.LeahNic wrote:My bursar bill only has 1 semester credits for my loans and 1 semester of law school tuition. Re: Cornell Law School 2011
No number for my book locker. Maybe I don't get one because I haven't sent in my final transcripts yet, I accidentally posted my SECOND dean's certification request with a 41 cent stamp because I didn't realize they went up again while I was gone, I just sent in my Grad PLUS loan application, and have yet to set up my e-mail. Clearly I'm a total slacker who will flunk out and will not be using books and therefore need no book locker.
And thanks for the link.

I don't have a number for my book locker either.
By the way, for those enrolling in the Cornell health insurance plan, do you know what date it becomes effective? I need to let my current provider know exactly when that is.
Also, does anyone know exactly when the loans will be disbursed? I'm trying to make plans for paying my first month's rent.

I understood that they can't disburse loans until classes start, but the site says "your aid will pay your bursar bill no earlier than 10 days before classes begin. Once these funds cover items that have been charged to your bursar bill (tuition, fees, and health insurance), a refund will be issued to you." I'm not sure if that suggests that loans will be disbursed sooner. I'm guessing here, so maybe call the bursar's office?Rosstafarian wrote:I don't have a number for my book locker either.

As for insurance, l think it's August 17th or 18th.
