So I found out today that the apartment I was considering at Avemore is directly across from the construction site. Can anyone that has seen the complex comment on the proximity, size, and potential level of annoyance of this construction? Would it be a dealbreaker for this particular apartment?

I'm probably going down tomorrow to see the place and hopefully sign if the construction isn't too bad. If it is, I'm hoping another apartment suddenly becomes available, as always seems to happen when you tell leasing officers you don't want a particular unit.

I CANNOT RESIST THIS SHOW'S AWESOMELY BAD POWERS.

It's like crack without the body-altering physical side effects.

It's not like poker night has started up yet.

I'm watching American Gladiators now if that is somewhat redeeming.

I'm looking at the Avemore as we speak (literally). If you go down tomorrow, could you report back on how the complex is (aesthetics, location, etc..) and how bad the construction is? It's kind of hard to do from Florida.

Oh whatever, it takes a real man to admit he likes Gossip Girl. Besides, the girls are really hot... the rest of you are missing out.

Don't worry Bilko, I think it seems worse than it actually is. It usually ends up that way, anyway. SO GOOD tonight.
