Sort of... I was watching Desperate Housewives and flipped to Rock of Love during commercial breaks. I basically only saw Kristy Jo and the Daisy/Heather fight... anything else major happen? I figure it'll be replayed a million times over the next few weeks on VH1...tkm. wrote:i know sia watched the rock of love renunion

Re: UVA Class of 2011 Housing Thread
My wishes for Passover:
1. Comcast gives us cable for the whole apartment instead of billing us as individual units.
2. Ubuntu comes on AIM more.
3. Guy picks UVa.
4. UCLA waitlists me so I'll finally have decisions from every school.
5. Barack Obama wins the Pennsylvania Primary.
6. The people at my job decide I'm so wonderful that they want to raise my salary.
7. Alex Rodriguez returns from his injury quickly.
8. Lost returns on Thursday with a good episode.
9. The UVa cable people credit my account with $49.50 like they promised.
10. Copeley is eaten by termites and they're forced to build a new Woodlands on top of it.
Will you disappoint a little boy on Passover?

bamabreeze, I think I'm coming to the same conclusion... So if you need a 3rd roommate for the Woodlands, I am definitely interested. PM me so we can exchange some more infobamabreeze wrote:
On a totally different note, The Woodlands "trolling" has finally won me over. Somehow I never realized that the 3 bedroom is the exact same price as the 2 BR at Ivy - same price, VASTLY better place - and it's probably even cheaper with utilities being split 3 ways and the newer construction probably means the utilities are more efficient. When Ivy told me that I should only run the dishwasher once a week and limit my shower time, well, that was kind of the deal-breaker. Plus, laundry in the apartment, gym in the complex, and tanning beds? The Woodlands is like a resort!

Re: UVA Class of 2011 Housing Thread
Rock of Love reunion is on now! The only episode I ever saw was the one where they had to perform for veterans and they were absolutely RIDICULOUS. I think watching all of Tila Tequila made it hard for me to follow all of another celeb reality dating show, but sadly I think this is a way better show than A Shot at Love. Haha ok one girl just said, "would you still be here if it was Jon Bon Jovi?"... maybe I'm crazy but I think he's a MUCH better choice.
Oh and I'm def still looking for a 3rd (have a potential 2nd) in The Woodlands - which on the basis of everything on the law forum is quickly becoming the new (and improved) 1L central

Yay Woodlands! Man I hope the girl I am supposed to meet on Friday at the DC Meet and Greet is as nice as I think she'll be and that she'll want to go ahead and sign the lease (that is, of course, if Holly doesn't get back to me sooner... )
I was so stressed about getting into law school, then I was stressed about signing a lease, now I am stressed about finding a roommate... what will I stress about once that's over with?
(Umm, maybe graduating???)

Seconded. There's been so much build-up this season.8. Lost returns on Thursday with a good episode.
Something needs to happen soon.

Lost is so not just a guys show. I LOVE Lost, I'd even go as far as to say I like it more than Gossip Girl... or maybe the same. Good thing they're on different nights!gladiator wrote:

sounds good roomie, it won't be weird baking cuz it'll have beer in it.
but yea had guinness cheddar when i was in nyc yesterday and it was pretty good. you'll notice that guinness, pref (black and tan) is my beer of choice.
i really wish guinness made a mini-keg thing like heineken has marketed in recent years.

^AE
my head hurts whenever i watch stuff like that. mtv and vh1 are the primary reasons our nation is going down the toilet...
though to be honest, i'm not sure how they find people to participate in this farce.

Have you ever stepped outside and looked at the majority of the people who live in America? That's how they find people... eeesh!
I find shows like that to be mind-numbingly fantastic. It lightens the pain of having to do work!
