Scholarship Question

Post by acerqueira11 » Wed Dec 09, 2015 12:28 am

I was wondering if it was possible to ask for more money after your first semester if you end up very high in your class. Hypothetically speaking, of course, if I receive 50% scholarship to a school and during my first semester I do very well and am high in the rankings (I understand this is ALL hypothetical), can I negotiate for more money? Can I threaten to transfer?

I know some people on here are going to be hasty  , I just want to know if the rules allow me to and if it is likely to get more money.

THANKS EVERYONE!

The best way to do this is, after your first year apply to transfer, get accepted, and then try to get more money to stay. It works at some schools, even lower T14s, but probably won't work everywhere.

Many schools will consider you for scholarships after the first year
