I have similar numbers and applied this year. I did not apply to temple, but similarly ranked schools and got near full rides. Anecdotal, but I believe you have a very good shot at big money from them. Check out law school numbers and see how others have come out there.

Also, if you really want Philly... apply early to Penn. You'll be paying sticker, but if you put together a strong application, apply as early as possible and ED I'd say you have a fair shot at acceptance.

I've taken a very debt averse stance to law school, so I'm wary of UPenn despite their employment data and reputation. I'd hate to have to choose between working BigLaw for many years or selling my organs to pay off loans.
