Specifying desired scholarship during negotiation Forum

I received a bump in my offer under the condition that I switch programs from the PT program to the FT program. I would like to try and have the offer bumped even higher but at what point would I be "over-negotiating?" Also, would it be a wise strategy to specify a desired scholarship amount (i.e. explicitly asking for, say $30k/yr-$32k/yr). Please and thank you.
