Top Law Schools

I have been very lucky and have gotten full tuition scholarships to a few schools (all ranked at about 50 or a bit lower). I also was accepted to a T14 school and am waiting to hear what, if any, merit aid I got from that school. Am still waiting to hear from several other schools with rankings across the spectrum.

For the schools to which I got a full tuition scholarship, is it possible to ask for more aid to cover other costs (i.e. books, room and board, etc.)? If yes, what is the best way to do so?

It depends. If its a public school, there is likely a hard ceiling on how much their full scholarships can cover. If there isn't an listed full scholarship that comes with a stipend, I doubt you're going to be able to negotiate one.

With a private school, anything is possible I guess. I doubt they'll go much higher than full tuition though. Just my guess.

In any case, if you have numbers to get into the T14, I wouldn't go anywhere lower than T20. You can still get significant scholarship money and the debt you incur will be worth the added job prospects (probably).
