Need Based Grants--Projecting for 2L and 3L

So I was awarded a substantial need based grant from GULC based on my financial need. Can I reasonably, assuming my family's financial status does not change, project a similar grant amount for 2L and 3L?

I just want to make sure this is not a ploy and that I would be stuck at sticker for the remaining two years.
