With a Chapter 7 discharged in 2004 are there any loans I am not eligible for? Grad plus in particular? I will not be applying until next year, but this could change my application choices.

Are you in default of any non-discharged debt such as student loans, alimony, or child support? In general, the fact of a bankruptcy in your past should not bar you from receiving federal student aid. But you should direct your question to your school's financial aid office.
