Can one negotiate UCLA $$ from USC $$

So USC is currently giving me more money than UCLA. However, I want to go to UCLA. Does anybody know if UCLA would match USC's offer. Has anybody tried this before?

If any schools are peer schools they are so I don't see why not.. Either way it couldn't hurt to try.

Hmm I see, i will definitely try but does any one have any past experience? I'm pretty sure people have done this before. Gimme some tips!
