trying to apply for a scholarship

Postby HellOnHeels » Thu Mar 01, 2012 10:12 am

My state does state senator scholarships. I have emailed my state senators office about the application, and not heard back. This was beginning of Feb. Last week, I called, and the person who answered took my email address and said they would email it. A week later, and nothing. It's frustrating, and I don't want to annoy the office, but should I call back (maybe they wrote my email address down wrong and it bounced back?)

Oh MD senators. Don't forget to see if your delegate offers a scholarship too.

Remember: you have to be going to law school/graduate school/etc. in MD to receive the scholarships. I'm debating if its worth even applying bc I am WL at UMD right now.

Good luck!!

Thanks! I've been accepted at Maryland, so I'm really interested in applying. Do you think I should call back? I'll look into delegate scholarships as well.
