Scholarship Requirements

Yesterday I got an email from Chicago offering me a decent scholarship spread out over three years. I've heard that most schools have GPA requirements to keep the scholarship, but the email didn't mention any conditions. Is Chicago known for making their scholarships hard to hold on to?
