The University of Michigan Darrow Scholarship

I was wondering if anyone could eloborate on the numbers needed for the Darrow, and if applying in december decreases the chance of recieving it. Have any TLS members received the Darrow, or know someone that has?

171+ 3.5+ and/or URM, strong softs

odds seem to improve quite a bit at 175+ 3.8+
