Do I need to do separate MPN's for Stafford and Grad PLUS loans?

At my school you need to fill out a MPN for each.
Go to studentloans.gov and it will tell you to fill out both if you want both loans.
You didn't used to but the system has changed.

When I clicked on the MPN link for PLUS loans, it sent me to the credit application page, which I already did.

The Department of Education mailed me two separate MPNs, one for the two Stafford and one for the Grad PLUS loan. They were pre-filled with most info from my school.
