Using USC $ to negotiate with Duke?

I've read the infamous thread concerning the art of negotiation, but I figured that I would ask you guys to confirm my suspicions.

I just received a $15K/year scholarship from USC, which I have until the 15th to accept. However, I also got accepted to Duke off of Priority Reserve. I know that I came from the waitlist at Duke AND USC isn't a peer school, but would my USC scholarship help at all in my negotiations? I will negotiate regardless, but I wanted to double check and make sure that my chances are slim to none. Just trying to manage my own expectations...
