That is pretty specific. So they pay well to cover your 300K in loans?

Yea, in the long run I'll be fine if it all goes to plan. Especially with the euro as it is. I just got a little lightheaded when I visualized $300K of debt in my mind. Plus as we all know, nothing happens exactly as planed.

I'll just get a beer at lunch and the butterflies will leave.
