Anybody else having problems using Paypal to pay the $28 NeedAccess fee? I keep getting this "You have exceeded your per transaction limit. To lift this limit, click View Limits on your Account Overview page." message. This is the second day I've tried paying, and I still got this message. I bought something on eBay this weekend, and had no such trouble with Paypal. (Also, I don't have any limits on my account.)

Paypal is such a POS. Deleted and readded my same card, same expiration date, everything. It worked. Weird though. I use Paypal to make a monthly donation to a radio show and just bought something on ebay.
