Harvard doesn't ask for specific Hispanic group

If the law school application only asks to mark if you are Hispanic/Latino and doesn't ask to specify which nationality, does that mean all Latino applicants are counted as URM, regardless if they're not Mexican or PR?

I don't know the exact answer, but just answer each question honestly and what happens happens.
