Does the Bar crosscheck your LSAC/law school apps with your Undergraduate app?

Long story short: I am a Sudanese immigrant who, for a long time, checked White on my racial questionaries because I mistakenly believed that by North African/Caucasian, they really meant the whole North African region. I checked white on my UG application. I knew it was bullshit all along, but my parents encouraged me to do it and of course I didn't think of being a lawyer back then.

Now I understand that I can claim Black. However I'm concerned about the potential inconsistencies that may arise with the C&F, especially if they check my UG application to see if they jive. What's the likelihood of them crosschecking, and if there are inconsistencies will that bar me (ha... ha) from passage? If it helps, I don't have a english birth certificate and my father faintly recalls checking "Other: Sudanese" on his census.

Why this is important? My GPA: 3.41, my LSAT: 169. Obviously claiming true to my race will help me out a little. But if I'm going to get slammed by C&F, none of that matters, does it.
