I feel like there a little behind this year. At least compared to last year. If you look at last year's thread it seems like there were way more ppl who got accepted at this time.

I emailed them 2 weeks ago and they said they expected all decisions to be made this week. I really doubt they are sending out emails in May that have good news

Maybe we could get some weekend decisions? Or am I just being too hopeful?

Really? I thought first half was dope we'll have to discuss further at orientation in NYC.

And to y'all still waiting... from what I saw on past years' threads I'd be shocked if there weren't still a good amount offers to come. Keep the faith.

Yea exactly, form last years thread there were way more ppl who had gotten accepted by this time. Unless theres a significant decrease in the amount of URMs on TLS, I feel like more should come.

I was just going back through and reading about those of you who were accepted, and I want to say what an amazing group of people you are! The things you have accomplished already are so wonderful and I know this is the start of a successful career. Like the former TFA poster, I am so proud of all of you!

My interviewer mentioned that they were getting a substantially larger amount of applicants this year than in previous years and were only increasing the class size by a very small amount (90ish as compared to 85ish). So it looks like there was much more competition this year, which might explain these results.

However, if there were more applicants, there should be proportionally more people ITT and what's more, TLS tends to attract the high-achievers so you'd imagine we'd be seeing a great of acceptances as in previous years. So I wouldn't quite give up hope yet!

Is there any word on when exactly we'll be hearing about firm placements? And does anyone know based on past years how/when we make contact with firms after being placed?

Last couple years' placements seemed to go out the end of the first week of May and it seems like standard procedure is for someone from the firm to call you that same day.

I submitted my headshot and updated resume by the deadline, but I haven't heard anything since. Am I supposed to heat more from SEO or will it be quiet until my firm placement?
