I took the LSAT one time in June scored a 157. I have very strong softs and aspiring to attend a top 14 Law School. Do I have any chance at getting into a top school? Also, re-taking in December is out of the question do to my time commitment to school. However, a February re-take is very probable and on my radar.
Can I apply now and up-date my score after the february re-take? Will that be to late? Will that hurt my chances?

February is too late, and your LSAT isn't good enough to get you on any real waitlists. Retake in February or June to apply next cycle.
