I got into Penn today off the waitlist!!!!!!!! I still can't fully believe it but I got in. Thanks so much to everyone who, directly or indirectly, gave me advice and encouragement.

PS -- Reason I'm asking is... I am international (ie. outside of North America) and my parents non-US credit cards are not accepted. And it's too late to do a mail order, since I'm sitting for the Feb 2014 test in a few weeks...
