Horrible how?

Small, only the group of 175+ showed growth. Everything else got smaller

word? where are these stats from? i'd like to see them if you have a link. what you're saying kind of confirms what I suspected was going to be the case this cycle.

Anything is better than that pop music they are trying to pass off as rap.

On topic: Finally UR at Chicago and SEO interview is complete. 8)

Still can't believe it's February and over half of those in this thread are still waiting. Financial aid deadlines, ASWs and seat deposits are right around the corner! Come on, law schools!!

teampeeta wrote:Congrats to everyone accepted to CLS! For those of you who applied early and haven't heard anything yet, don't lose hope. Columbia tends to make weird decisions. The year my sister applied, she had to wait forever for CLS when she was accepted pretty quickly at Stanford. There were other URMs who had similar experiences. I know my non-URM friend who is now at HLS got into NYU really early and had to wait until like April for CLS to come around. When JS called him, he was more than happy to jump ship.

I guess my point is that good news may still be coming your way even if you aren't in this wave.

I needed to hear this. Thanks!

I know Stanford usually have its URM wave of acceptances in early April though. I hope by then most of us have heard something from the others.

+1 on the Georgetown email btw. It looks like a pretty easy scholarship application.

For me it's not so much writing another essay but the limit of 250. I want to write a personal anecdote, but to keep it at 250 is tough. Gotta love Yale.
