How's everyone study plans going?
Quite the quiet crowd around here. Studies are going very well. I think I have finally found a way to crack RC. Currently on a PT schedule where I take 2-3 a week. How is the course going?

Will prob pick up after Oct 5th. The class is great, learning how to target LG and RC (my weakest sections) using their methods has been very helpful.

I'm doing the same regarding PT
Good luck with Powerscore. I took their class and actually saw my biggest improvements 6 months after the class. I couldn't keep up with everything they threw at me (work + school + LSAT class), but eventually I increased 15+ points. Their methods are solid.

I'm currently taking an MLSAT course coupled with Velocity videos. I feel like I'm finally understanding the questions and answers instead of just choosing an answer because it feels right and not understanding why. I moved my LSAT from October to Decmber so hopefully the extra prep time really pays off.

So what is everyone's application strategy? Blanketing the T-14/targeting schools with your concentration/targeting schools in your region/apply everywhere ya can and matriculate where you get the most scrilla?

My objectives are very specific, so I'm a little nervous about the application cycle and getting into a top program. Cause if I don't, my objectives will most certainly have to change...eek!

Hi guys. Just checking in now. Broke 165 today on PT61. Gave me hope for Oct after a couple of weeks of LSAT-induced depression.

Good luck folks. I took my LSAT last year, remember September well. Spent the month trying to guarantee I kept my score up where i wanted. TLS gave me decent advice along the way. I start at Yale tomorrow, but got into Harvard and some other joints too and wouldn't mind taking a few minutes to give advice out if someone wants to PM me. Anyway - good luck folks.

I'm still struggling with LR. I am down to -0 on LG and -3 on RC, but I'm still getting killed on LR. I can get them when I do them untimed, but when I'm under the gun, I lose my cool. I'm thinking about postponing my retake til December, but I don't wanna hurt my apps any more than they already are going to be with my GPA. Will taking in December hurt me?

Checking in. I postponed from June to October, but now I am so ready to apply and get it over with. Currently scoring in the 166-170 range.

Nooooooooo, there's no excuse to rush one of the biggest decisions of your life. Get to where you need to be then execute. You will certainly appreciate making that decision later on.

Anyone know a good amount about fee waivers? I saw a bunch of people on this page were getting waivers to a whole slew of schools, but I had only received one from Michigan. I quickly realized that all of those other schools are sending email waivers and that my email address on LSAC is completely wrong. Any idea if I've missed the boat on those or if they'll come back around sometime now that I've provided my correct address?

I have a revolving list of 30 schools....every T14 except Yale and a number of T20s/30s. I have started about 10 apps. Depending on my October score I will narrow down, but ultimately I want at least one of H, S or Columbia to be completely satisfied with my cycle results.

I think the CR is October and December. You don't want it to come down to December as its the last administration most schools will accept. That will place significant pressure on you. You still have a month to drill LR and clean up your errors. Good luck!

I feel like this has been answered somewhere but I can't find it. I took the test Oct 11 and Dec 11. If I take it in Oct 13, will I be eligible for a retake in Dec or will I have to wait?

Your 3 administration limit expires 2 yrs from your initial take, which in this case will be Oct 13. Taking Dec 13 will be outside that timeframe. It appears that you can sit both.

I just made my LSN profile, and have been practice testing around where I need to for the score I'm hoping for in October... this cycle is starting to feel really foreal real.
