For People of Color, Inc. - Law School Admission Conference

Postby BlaqBella » Wed Jan 16, 2013 4:29 pm

Just thought I would pass the information along to any URM student or applicant who is looking to apply to law school later this year or any other year to follow:

For People of Color, Inc. a non-profit organization dedicated to diversity in the legal profession is hosting 4 events starting next month dedicated to navigating the LS admission process as it specifically applies to URM applicants. Law professors, administrators, law students, and the founder of FPOC himself, Anthony Solana Jr. will be speaking at the event. Review of your personal statement is also provided so feel free to bring a copy of your final draft if available.

They are hosting events in NYC and California (Los Angeles, Irvine and Berkeley). Dates and details on how to register are provided on the website. The event is free and food is provided. More details on what you can expect is below: ... fc48c84f2/
