Top Law Schools

Hey guys,

My mother is from Bolivia and my father is from Lebanon; I am a first generation American citizen, though I was born in Saudi Arabia and moved here when I was four. I am applying to all my schools through LSAC too. In the demographics section I decided to check Hispanic/Latino because I've always identified with my part of my background heavily.

Question: Do you think I should also check Caucasian/White? I don't want to seem misleading on my apps, and law schools will clearly know im arabic too. Plus, when the bar exam comes up, I am concerned that examiners might ask me if I intentionally tried to only mark Hispanic/Latino to play up that for law schools?

Do what you've always done. If you've always marked white, mark white. If you've never marked white, don't mark white.

Plenty of Hispanics are technically also white and yet never mark it on ethnicity questionnaires. It's fine.

I was under the impression that for the URM boost it doesn't matter if you check another race in addition to your URM one (i.e AA/Hispanic/NA) since as long as you're 'one drop' URM the school will mark you as one even if you check other races.

That's what I got from everyone I read here.
