Need a quick yes or no on ED topic. AA MALE 3.0/165

Hey all,
Just got deferred to Regular Decision pool at Georgetown after ED'ing there. Hopefully it works out for me in the long run. After submitting my ED app in late September, I read on TLS how it is pretty dumb for AA's with 165+ LSAT to ED. I started to get really nervous about getting accepted with zero scholarship money at Georgetown--who gets repeatedly bashed on TLS-- when I might have been able to get into a better school (possibly) or a lower school with scholarship money.
After all this I am now considering throwing a ED app at NYU or Columbia. They are higher ranked and I would be willing to go sticker there. Am I making the same mistake twice? Should I just apply Reg, and just see what happens. FWIW I have a bunch of softs (NYU graduate school grad 4.0 GGPA, working for non profit three years, extensive court experience with indigent population). Let me know, THANKS.
