Lock at CCN (if you apply in Feb!), in at one of HYS at least. Retake for a 171+, and you're fairly close to a lock at Y. Consider retaking regardless, since with a 170~ you'll probably pick up a full ride at one of CCN, and that might outweigh HYS.
