LGBT counts as URM?

My friend and I were arguing about this and I was just wondering what the correct answer is. He is gay.

Gracias my friends, and may all of you (and me) taking the LSAT Monday spank it harder than Germany is about to spank Portugal in the EuroCup.

No it's not the same. Your friend can write a DS but it's not going to be a significant lsat boost or anything.

If they allowed such a claim, people would claim to be 'gay,' just because. It doesn't count.
