LGBT counts as URM?

Postby Helicio » Sat Jun 09, 2012 4:31 pm

My friend and I were arguing about this and I was just wondering what the correct answer is. He is gay.

Gracias my friends, and may all of you (and me) taking the LSAT Monday spank it harder than Germany is about to spank Portugal in the EuroCup.

You've been around here long enough to know how to use the search function.

No it's not the same. Your friend can write a DS but it's not going to be a significant lsat boost or anything.

Or the common sense to understand the ramifications of giving anyone who "claims" to be LGBT a significant admission boost with regard to LSAT scores and GPA.

If you read my above posts, you'd know that my friend was the one who suspected he would gain a boost, not me...

If they allowed such a claim, people would claim to be 'gay,' just because. It doesn't count.

Well you got the answer to your/his largely perceptible inquiry.

On a more important note. Good luck on your LSAT, keep up the confidence and blow it out of the water.

If you got a boost from being gay I think people would get gay real quick.

If LGBT status qualified as URM status for law school, I would be really pissed and would probably get banned for trolling the URM forum.

If LGBT gave a boost, what percentage of LGBT would you have to be in order to claim it?

69%

One drop rule - if you've had one drop of the same sex's orgasm on you, you are LGBT.
