HLS only interviews strong candidates. So, if you have a JS1, then you have already been identified as an "admittable" candidate. Retaking is your choice. But, I imagine that having a new score two months after your HLS interview will have no significant impact on your decision. Some interviewees have been admitted the next day. So, I would be comfortable saying that after the interview, a decision would be made shortly.
However, if you want to bolster your credentials for another law school OR you just want to retake, then you should still retake. But, if HLS is your number one, you are 70-99.99% already in with a JS1. I made that statistic up, but I have yet to hear of ANYONE who had a JS1 and was rejected.
