+1As cheesy as this sounds, I want to visit all the schools and get a feel for them before I make a decision. I want to make sure I'm comfortable and feel at home wherever I go. At this point I'm considering all schools equally. Money will be a factor, but it won't be that important. I gave up going off to an Ivy for undergrad because of money, I won't let money limit me again.
Visiting is definitely a good idea. A few years ago after undergrad, my school sponsored a trip to visit elite business and law schools. We visited Northwestern, Chicago, Columbia, NYU, Harvard and Penn. Based on this trip, I know I most likely won't attend Chicago or NYU. When I was at Chicago, something just didn't feel right intuitively and I have never cared for NYU very much.
