I don't have a very legitimate reason not to go, I do need to check it out at some point before I make an impossible decision on where to spend the next 3 years...but Penn (where I'm an undergrad) has it's annual Spring Fling concert/festival this weekend. It's a big deal on campus and it's my last one as a senior so I chose that over ASW. My own fault I guess

HUUUUGGGGGEEEE congrats to the new Stanford admits and to everybody honestly!!! We are so awesome. As the good news train pulls in I just figured I'd add my 2 cents. I got a full ride to NYU and have officially decided that that's where I'll be in the fall!

Dinged at Harvard. The only rejection I have received. It should not be suprising but still a disappointment. I will be probably be taking full ride at UGA or 95K from Vandy.

Congratulations to all of you. You guys have such great offers at some really great schools and those of you who can stay on the waitlists will have acceptances from some even better schools. Good luck with your law school experiences and your careers. If any of you are in Atlanta, please send me a PM.

I didn't get shot. Taking that as a positive. When I asked about the neighborhood one of the professors RAVED about the gentrification in process.

What else could one expect from a UChi Economist and Law Prof? Still, that and other things made the decision easier.

It's nice to know people aren't shot on sight as the news makes it sound.

By the way wormfather, I was at UChi's ASW also and when the dean made that comment about hoping not all of us accepted UChi I was stunned...that's what did it for me lol
