Too Late to apply

Postby lebron 4 president » Thu Jan 05, 2012 5:29 pm

Not sure which thread to put this in...but I just got my lsat score back yesterday I still need to clean up a few things on my ps and waiting for a few need based waivers to come in hopefully...My target date for all apps to be submitted is jan. 11....I know chances go down a little bit depending on school applying after jan. but is this too late too apply

p.s. I am a AA male URM if that makes a difference

My unprofessional opinion is to apply in January. Applying in 2011 would have been better but it is what it is. I don't think January is super late for most schools but it isn't early which is a disadvantage. I'll be applying mid-January. LSAC has just got to process my transcript and LOR that my professors just sent in this week because they were dragging their feet for over two weeks. Good luck with whatever you do. Don't underestimate being an URM either. I was just looking at law school predictions with my numbers and the difference in "% in with less" is astounding when I check the URM box.
