Rags to (assumed) Riches

Postby Eirhoff73 » Thu Dec 29, 2011 4:30 pm

I would like to hear of your personal tales of woe.

For example...

I spent most of my high school years screwing around. I graduated with a very low GPA (not enough by today's standards). I went to college with fair results (in my low 20s). All of a sudden, I woke up and decided to do something different. I went back to college (late 30s) and have maintained a 4.0 GPA. I struggle with math, but that's not enough to ruin my chances of acceptance. I have a very good chance at a T-14 (with my practice scores). Lets hope the test says the same thing.

This is all for my kids. A real teaching moment when they struggle with homework at the kitchen table.

That is what I'm looking for here. Who has something like that? Tell us your tale of woe!

Come on, man. You sound like a pleasant individual. I understand you're very excited but you really don't have to post every single thought that occurs to you.

...and you are not required to read those posts. Thank you for playing.

I love it! That is the greatest thing that MTV ever played!
