African-Americans and Law Review

How rare are African-Americans on Law Review (not HBCUs)? Obviously there are African-Americans on law review at some schools. However, my question is focused on whether the number of LR positions held by African-Americans is representative of the African-American population in law school. I only ask because I don't really know of any, and I never saw many on the LR boards at the schools I applied to.
I'm genuinely interested in this topic, so please no trolls... I know there's no definitive answer to my question (and it may be a stupid one). I'm just looking for personal experiences with African-Americans on Law review to quell my doubts. Thanks.

I too am interested in this information. From anecdotal data regarding the median class rank for AA at top law schools (T30 or better), the number maybe much smaller than the class proportion.

It's small. Many have diversity initiatives to get minorities such as blacks on law review. There still are not many at many schools. Study hard and get on law review. Then profit immensely.

Well, I guess I have my work cut out for me. I'm curious though, what would a diversity initiative to get minorities on law review consist of? Can you provide an example?
