Georgetown, Penn, Northwestern, Chicago, Michigan.

Cornell is my fallback. Just like everyone else.

I hear they've taken some steps to correct this over the passed couple of years. I don't know if it's true though.

CORNELL.

This. My friend went to Cornell for UG, HATED the school, city and students with a rapid passion. Said there was nothing but spoiled douchers and freezing weather. Then he turned into a spoiled doucher. Reason enough for me to steer clear.

UG? really? ...wow. This board is for law school students/prospectives; if you've just graduated high school then you are in the wrong place

The law school is not the same as the university as a whole. Basing law school decisions on stereotypes is a stupid idea.

God wants you to obey the mandate? I suppose Liberty and Regent are closer to home.

A bit awkward to use the word "kinky" when you mention a person's baby tar.....

To answer the OP: GULC.

well, apparently anal penetration and punching babies abounds in my home, so it's not exactly that awkward:

I know what you mean. Northwestern is too downtown and Cornell is too middle of nowhere.

UVA, Duke, and Michigan. I guess I have a thing against state schools and schools that aren't in big cities or on a coast. I suppose after that Cornell, then UChicago/UPenn might be the next two? Not that I think NW is better than C or P, but if I got into C and P, I'm guessing I got into NYU and both NY schools would have to be my favorites over HYS since I feel like going there would be like signing on with the Yankees or Red Sox (which is about the chance I'd have of getting into one of those three anyways).

This. My father was at Berkeley in the early 70s (though not a Boalt student), and he says it's changed just a tad.

On an unrelated note, this thread is amusing. For my part, I would've eliminated 12 of 14. Maybe I'd have made an exception for Berkeley or HYS, but that's about it. Home sweet home.

+1

I might consider going to Fordham just for the location, seriously. I [strike]hate[/strike]politely object to most of this country.

Same, though Giselle did look good in Taxi. You can add Jessica Alba, Angelina Jolie, and Rachel McAdams to that list as well for me.
