Also, consider what kind of work you'll be doing. You may want to tailor some of your course selections if you're aiming at a subspecialty (i.e. med mal, toxic torts, blah blah blah.) Remedies is a good idea if your school offers it. Also, take trial ad and whatever other clinics have a good rep at your LS. Advanced legal drafting, or whatever it's called where you are, would be good too (depending upon the instructor.)

You'll get some flack for having this interest because of negative stereotypes associated with personal injury attorneys. This is an area of practice for which there will always be work and you get to help people.
