NU($$) or Retake for next cycle

NU with $120k tuition discount as an international with a 171/superior is a pretty solid outcome if what you want is Biglaw, which you clearly do.

You can always retake for better offers if you'd like, but if your main goal is Biglaw, NU on a significant scholarship is a pretty great outcome and no one would fault you for not waiting a year. Going to H or Columbia is better for Biglaw, but NU on a significant scholarship is wholly defensible when the goal is Biglaw.
