A comparison of the DMV schools:
http://excessofdemocracy.com/blog/2016/ ... ia-in-2015

A comparison of the NY schools:
http://excessofdemocracy.com/blog/2016/ ... rk-in-2015

I like how they show the relative strides for students and the overall market. Hope these are helpful.

I honestly feel bad and partially to blame. I apologize for the UT transfer class of 2013.

Interesting to see it broken down like that for the DMV. Still, if this convinces even one kid to choose George Mason over GULC, I'm skeptical that's in any way positive.

impressive.

the state clerkship numbers are also always deceptive for UMN. Nearly all of those are MN state supreme and COA courts, which are some of the best positions to receive if you intend to work in Minnesota.

another less fortunate consideration, though, is that 100+ doesn't necessarily mean NY market paying.

But NY COL is ridiculous, so making $120k in a place like Minneapolis isn't a worse outcome by any means.

Numbers I got to were 102/247

Edit: Just goes to show you how much of a complete joke USNEWS is when BU is 34.6% Yet ranked well above BC. Why is BC not considered a top #20 school when it's numbers are even better than places like WashU and USC.

To be fair the USnews rankings are based on last years numbers.

Also i heard BU has a tiny library. Size matters.

I always hear about the library stat, but it wasn't there when I looked at the metrics from last year's list. Am I missing a running joke or something?

8.17% BL for UVA can't be right...Would be far more TTT jokes about the school if true.

E: It looks like you accidentally copied over their school-funded numbers there.

The 79.7% on LST includes 14.2% school funded, while the chart doesn't include it for FTLTBPR. 67% is technically an improvement from last year.

Columbia's federal clerkship rate is incorrect. It's 5.57% (23/413)
