in my experience, cornell raises more eyebrows than penn. And you don't have to do that douchy "U Penn, not penn state" clarification. So if you're prestige whoring, Cornell is also the right answer. And outside of people who track US News Law/Business rankings, NYU is no different from UIUC.

Also this stuff has shifted over time, so lots of older lawyers probably have no idea of whether Penn or Cornell is more prestigious. Hell, as recently as the year 2000 Cornell Law was ranked higher than Penn in U.S. News.

Cornell is clearly your best option--unless the few undisclosed attributes which may affect your chances for biglaw are relevant. (The only examples which come quickly to mind suggest that you might be most comfortable at NYU--but, I'm just guessing at what those few attributes might be.)
