Cardozo May Program

obviously I'm retaking in December... but...

would I be better off switching to the May program? I already applied to the regular Fall program.

all I want to do is maximize my chances of getting accepted

I know you have the GI Bill, so I won't ask about cost, but...aren't you from Florida and looking to work in Miami? Why a random, crappy school in New York?

do you want to be a lawyer working full-time in a long-term job?
only 54.3% of 2013 cardozo grads earned that distinction
and a cardozo degree has virtually no portability

Doesn't the GI bill tuition reimbursement cap out at $20,235.02 per year for private schools? That would seem to be much less than Cardozo's tuition. Info on GI bill here:

Yellow Ribbon Program usually makes up the difference. Not sure in Cardozo's case, though.

He's 100% covered but still, try to get into a better school.

Wow, yet another reason for schools to jack up tuition. They contribute half the tuition hike and the yellow ribbon program covers the rest.
