I feel terrible about it. I couldn't have a poll with the t14 so instead I did the t10. Duke and Michigan are tied for 10th and I figured Michigan would get more votes.

I think myself and others were going with the overall feeling approach talked about above. Also, pretty sure opinions are allowed to be different from yours without it being trolling.

And with regards to the beautiful buildings at Michigan, and even places like Harvard, the whole snow thing does play a big role for some people. For me it looks great initially, but then is instantly followed with nothing but thoughts of how annoying that must be to live in. Typical sheltered Californian opinion, but still mine nonetheless.

ETA: that no doubt if we are talking strictly the buildings that say "X Law School" then that changes things. But you still are living near and walking by/through a lot of areas that aren't the "law campus" technically.

What does Columbia's look like? I was under the impression it was that big block that looked like a 1960s Soviet government building.

I also think UVA's building is underrated.

Egregious Cornell/Duke/NU trolling (T10 is a dumb distinction), especially when Cornell has a much nicer law campus than some of the T10s.

T10 is also a dumb distinction because it doesn't include WUSTL, which rivals the campuses of the ivies as well as Michigan.

Its across the street from the main campus, which is completely gorgeous. That walkway area above Amsterdam is totally ok to look at as well.

Is it building or whole campus we're debating?

If you like the historical look, UVA must be up there as well. Their building may not exactly be as magnificent as Yale's or Michigan's, but I love the simple, Founding Father-esque elegance.

NYU without a doubt. I love the cathedral Duke shows off all the time, but the law school itself is rurnt. I also don't like the supermodern Chicago look. I think Law buildings should have a historical, magnificent look, something Yale and Michigan nails.

Yeah I agree that Columbia and NYU's campuses are subpar, but you can't beat the location.

UVA's reminds me of a mausoleum, where dead people are interred. Structurally they are similar.

I may be in the minority but I definitely wouldn't call Duke ugly by any stretch.
