Cal vet for UC schools?

Does anyone know what costs are covered by this program? I have used it for my undergrad. However, looking at the break down of UCLA's law school tuition and fees they report ~11k for tuition and ~31.5k for "Professional Degree Supplemental Tuition"? Does anyone know if the Cal vet program only covers the 11k or in addition the 31.5k? or neither?
