Negotiating Stipends/Something more than Full Tuition

Hi All,

Has anyone ever had success negotiating a greater scholarship than full tuition? If so, is there a template available somewhere on what to say in a negotiations e-mail without sounding like a total jerk? While I'm grateful for the generous offer from this particular school, I'm trying to milk all I can get to keep costs down. Thanks!
